How do i book?

Will the inflatable fit in my garden?

All the dimensions and required space for each inflatable is stated on each items descriptions

What time do we set up and collect?

You can select your preferred delivery and collection times when booking. We will try our best to match it, but please be aware on busy days we might not be able to. However generally delivery time window is between 8.00-12.30am and collection 17.00-10pm

Can we hire the inflatables overnight?

Overnight hire is available on certain inflatables. Overnight hire is only available if your garden is secure and will be supervised, to unsure theft or damage is highly unlikely. Once we arrive to set up, if we feel like either of the above is not the case we do hold the right to refuse the overnight option.

Will it be a smaller charge if my party is only a short amount of time?

Sorry our prices are based on the time taken to set up, collect and deliver the equipment. Also to cover our overheads we would not be able to give discounts on the order unfortunately.

Does Model My Party set everything up?

Yes our staff do the whole set up for you and also the delivery and collection.

Are there any deposits to pay?

We take a deposit of 10% on orders over £100. All other orders are payment on delivery.

When do i pay?

We require the full balance of your hire on delivery, unless a deposit is required on your order. Please note we will not leave equipment until the balance has been paid.

What if the weather is bad? Can i cancel? Can you cancel our booking?

If you contact us before or before 9.00am on the morning of your event there is no charge for cancelling.

We also reserve the right to cancel bookings as our safety is paramount and if we feel conditions on the say would make a set up un safe we will cancel. However we will give you as much notice as possible and allow for transfers of deposits.

What if i need to cancel?

We do not charge cancellation fees, However....

If you book and pay a deposit you have up to 2 weeks before the booking date to cancel or your deposit will be non refundable.

I have paid the full amount in advance but i need to cancel?


If you have paid the full amount before the date of the booking the same still applies. You will get a full refund if you cancel up to 2 weeks before the date of the booking. If you cancel within the 2 weeks you will loose your deposit which is 20% and we will refund you the remainder. However if it is a last minute cancellation within 48 hours of the booking then you will not be entitled to any refund. (this doesnt apply to cake table or venue styling bookings)
