I cannot recommend Ashley Model My Party highly enough. Despite it being one of their busiest periods in the lead-up to Eid, they managed to secure us a bouncy castle at the last minute. Ashley, can I just add, I have never chased a man as much as I chased you in the lead upto booking. The kids would not stop pestering me for a bouncy castle and I was recommended this company by a family friend. From the moment the castle was set up, the kids quite literally did not stop bouncing the entire day. We hosted a gathering of over thirty people with a mix of children and adults and to our surprise every single guest got involved. There was laughter and joy from all corners of the garden and it became the unexpected highlight of the day. It is rare to find something that brings such simple fun across generations. The delivery and collection team were equally impressive. They arrived exactly when they said they would, were polite, professional and incredibly efficient. They set everything up quickly with no fuss and packed it all away just as smoothly at the end of the day. They were a credit to the company. Even our neighbours were intrigued by the excitement and energy coming from our garden. Several of them reached out afterward asking where we had hired the bouncy castle from. Thank you for all your help. We will most definitely be booking again!

I've used these guys a couple of times now and they always deliver to a high standard. Their prices are very competitive compared to others, and I’ve never had an issue with the bouncy castle itself—unlike past experiences with other companies where they were dirty or damaged. If I could make one suggestion, it would be to provide 2-hour time slots for delivery so customers have a better idea of when to expect you (though I understand this can be tricky with how busy things get and potential traffic delays). Thanks again for fitting me in last minute—I'll definitely be using you again in the future!

Professional, reliable and friendly service for gender reveal party last weekend. Arrived early for set up and the lay out was perfect. We had bouncy castle, ball pit and soft play as well as candy flow and slush puppy machine. Everything was very clean and in great condition and went down well with guests. Huge thank you to Model My Party for saving the day! After finding out that we had been scammed, we were panicking to sort another soft play. Model My Party’s communication was fantastic and managed to book us a soft play with a days notice!
The soft play was themed and made our avengers party look so much better, it was all clean and well looked after.

I was extremely fussy when choosing which company to book for my sons birthday party, I didn’t want to be let down and that was more important to me than just looking at cost. This company wasn’t the cheapest I found but I personally feel you cannot put a price on reliability when organising such an important day, I wasn’t looking for cheap when researching companies I was look for reliable punctual and easy to work with company with exceptional reviews.

Can’t thank Joan enough for doing the table cloths, chair covers, sashes and mirrored plates for our wedding. Great correspondence with her, arrived promptly and was adaptable when we needed to order more things the day before the wedding!

Superhero set went down really well with our mainly 3 and 4 year old superheroes! Great selection of items, batmobile was a hit with the kids, especially to pose for a photo! Plenty of room on the bouncy castle and the boys enjoyed diving into the deep ballpit. Delivery man gave an excellent service, he arrived early in plenty of time but unfortunately we had trouble getting straight into our venue so he had his work cut out to get everything set up in 10 minutes - he worked so fast and managed it, so I am very grateful to him. Highly recommend Model My Party! My sons first birthday party was on the weekend, and I’ve been inundated with messages saying it was the most beautifully decorated and well organized children’s party they’ve been to!

As a busy working mum, I enlisted Ashley and Charlotte’s help to take over and organize my son’s party. We wanted a jungle theme, and despite not having the props, they went out and bought everything brand new to make the party special. They made and organised every little detail, from soft play, to the centerpieces, favours and party boxes. The face painting was beautiful and all the kids loved the candy cart, popcorn and candy floss! All I had to do was turn up to the party and enjoy myself and spend quality time with my loved ones.

They went above and beyond my expectations and made the whole experience truly magical! They included so many cute details which made it really bespoke and special. I had zero stress and was absolutely wowed by your stunning decorations!

However, this was not an issue for Model My Party! They advised me on the best fit Bouncy Castle, kept in touch, confirmed everything and the guys delivered and collected when they said they would. Great service, were waiting outside my house 15 minutes early. Two polite lads brought the castle and set it up hassle free. Both approaced me with a hand shake and gave me a great first impression.
